What does the free Briefing include?
The free Briefing is a weekly email + public AI Hub news feed covering what changed in AI for financial advisors — model releases, regulator guidance, vendor news, and practical takeaways. No credit card required. The Academy curriculum, Aria, and CoWork templates are part of the paid Individual / Team / Enterprise tiers.
Is there a free trial of the paid tiers?
We don't run a time-limited free trial of the Academy. Instead, the Briefing is free forever — that's the free entry point. Paid tiers are billed monthly or annually with no minimum commitment, and you can cancel anytime within the billing period.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle. Team plans require a 3-seat minimum.
How does Team pricing work above 10 seats?
Team is $29/seat/month (or $290/seat/year) at the base rate. Firms with 10+ advisors get a custom volume quote. Firms with 50+ advisors should reach out for an Enterprise quote. Email hello@finsay.ai for either.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes — annual billing saves approximately 17% vs monthly on Individual and Team plans. Enterprise contracts are quoted annually with custom pricing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and can invoice for annual Team and Enterprise contracts.
What compliance certifications do you have?
Our infrastructure is hosted on Google Cloud Platform (which holds SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001/27017/27018 at the cloud level), and we encrypt data in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). The platform is designed for SEC- and FINRA-regulated US financial advisors. finsay itself is not yet independently SOC 2 certified — that audit is on our post-launch roadmap.
